Cute spot with good vibes
We spent 2 nights in a twin room and loved the cozy vibe. The café/bar was adorable and the breakfast we ordered was super tasty! Some staff were friendly, but others seemed a bit off. Location's nice, yet finding parking can be a hassle sometimes.

We had an amazing stay with friends! We loved cycling and exploring the local area. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. We even enjoyed a pizza night which was a great bonus. Just a heads up that you definitely need a car to get around conveniently.
One downside was the WiFi issues during our stay, which went off at night. It made it tough to connect with friends in the evenings, but overall it didn’t ruin our trip.

Had an amazing time with friends! Enjoyed cycling in the scenic countryside and chill evenings at the cozy pub. The rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was a lovely surprise. Don’t miss the pizza nights, they are great! Just remember, you’ll need a car to explore the area.
We did have some trouble with WiFi. it went out in the evenings, which wasn't ideal for our Netflix binge sessions. But daytime connection was solid, and the place had a nice vibe overall.

I had a comfortable two-night stay in a recently refurbished double room with a private bathroom. I loved lounging in the peaceful garden and sipping on a cold drink while soaking up the sun. The only minor hiccup was the creaky bed, but it didn't bother me too much! 🌞

We really enjoyed our stay here with our grown children. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to Petersfield’s charming shops and lovely cafes. We had a fabulous time cycling through the nearby countryside. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.
In my wife’s opinion, the heating in our room could use an upgrade. A more reliable heating system would have made our nights much more comfortable.

The Cricketers Inn has a delightful charm, with well-decorated common areas and accessible facilities that make it easy for seniors to navigate. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.
A more diverse breakfast menu would enhance the experience.

missingWrote a review on Jun 05charming décoroutdoor seatingwifi issues
Charming old-world décor brings warmth to the common areas, making it a cozy spot to relax after a day out. The outdoor seating provides a nice escape, perfect for enjoying a drink when the weather's right.
Issues with WiFi plaguing both nights made streaming a gamble, with signal failing just when we wanted to unwind. The view from our window faced the road, and while it was quieter at night, the morning traffic was a bit loud for my liking. Plus, the kitchen was closed upon arrival, which left us scrambling for late-night options—a real letdown if you're arriving worn out from travel.

The Cricketers had some proper culinary delights! The fresh unlimited pancakes were the cherry on top, and my night out in the bar area was a brilliant find. Popped into a couple of local pubs nearby that stole my heart, too.
Now, the kitchen was closed when I arrived, which was a bit of a letdown. Breakfast was decent, but a fresh egg would have done wonders instead of the reused one. It’s all good though. the vibe around made up for it!
